Beautifully situated on the edge of Cala Ratjada close to Cala Agulla bay. Different atmospheres for families and couples. Adult-only pool area. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great location in terms of access to several nice beaches and close to restaurants, bars and shops. One can walk from the hotel to a whole range of amenities.
Sub-standard Wifi which is too slow (less than 1Mb/s). Noisy air conditioning system in neighbouring hotel.

Nice hotel, good services and reasonable facilities - location quite good.
Appreciate that the majority of the residents were German speaking, however from our perspective one or two English language tv channels would have been very welcome. Some unnecessary noise from youngsters, but not a serious problem. Arriving by car we had considerable difficulty in finding the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the bay of Cala Agulla, just a short walk away. Guests can easily access the beautiful beach and enjoy the crystal-clear waters. the hotel's proximity to the main street of the town offers plenty of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The cleaning staff does a great job of keeping the rooms tidy and clean.
One drawback is the lack of English-speaking staff members, which can make communication challenging for non-German-speaking guests.

Had a great Christmas stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We loved the location close to the beach and the indoor and outdoor pools were a plus. The all-inclusive drinks were nice and generous and the food was generally good, especially the fresh cooked fish and chicken. The Christmas decorations were lovely and made us feel very festive.
The entertainment was a let-down as it was mostly aimed at German guests and the language barrier made it difficult to participate. We also found that some of the other guests were quite loud and unruly, which made it difficult to relax at times.

The hotel was a good choice for a business trip. It had free Wi-Fi and a nice breakfast buffet that included fruit and freshly brewed coffee. The location was also convenient, being close to the city's main street for easy access to restaurants and shops.
The room was a bit dated and could have used some upgrades. it was a bit noisy at night due to thin walls.
